Jordan Dumais from the Halifax Mooseheads, and Columbus Blue Jackets prospect, is facing trouble as he's set to appear in court in Nova Scotia on April 9th, facing two charges related to a DUI.

UPDATE: #CBJ prospect Jordan Dumais is scheduled for arraignment on April 9 at 10 am ADT in Halifax Provincial Court, his first court appearance for two DUI-related offenses he was charged with earlier this month.

Yet, it hasn't been a smooth ride for Dumais this season. He's been dealing with injuries, including needing hernia surgery and aggravating a hip injury while playing for Team Canada in the World Juniors. Despite all that, he recorded 16 goals and 47 points in just 21 games with Halifax.
Dumais, a 2022 third-round pick, is set on making a solid push to join Columbus out of camp next season. Hopefully, he can put these setbacks behind him and get back to doing what he does best—lighting up the scoreboard for the second-seeded Mooseheads as they start their chase for the QMJHL championship against the seventh-seeded Acadie-Bathurst Titans.
