In breaking news, the Toronto Maple Leafs have placed this defenseman on waivers today, making room for their new acquisition.

Leafs Place Lagesson on Waivers Today After Trade

The Toronto Maple Leafs were active today, trading for Joel Edmundson as another reinforcement on their blueline. However, with the trade has come a corresponding roster move, moving William Lagesson on waivers.
