The Leafs have reportedly reached out to Joel Edmundson. He's expected to test the open market in July but is open to a return, while they have 𝐍𝐎𝐓 reached out to Ilya Lyubushkin.
The Leafs acquired Lyubushkin for the second time at the trade deadline this season, acquiring him in a trade with the Anaheim Ducks. The blueliner played in 19 regular season games with the leafs, recorded 4 assists and had a rating of +2 while taking just three penalties. He added three assists in seven playoff games in a limited role.
