Brossoit has been among the best goaltenders in the league despite his limited usage in recent seasons. He's never played more than a backup role, but he was very, very good in that role for the Jets this season, putting up a .927 save percentage and a 15-5-5 record over 23 starts with the team.

he's probably my favourite value target in net right now - among goalies with 10+ games played, he finished 3rd in the NHL with a .927 save percentage and 5th in GSAx
Brossoit has the potential to be a big upgrade over Ilya Samsonov if the Leafs are able to bring him in. That would be a huge boost to the team next season, potentially changing their fate in the playoffs. Be sure to stay tuned to see whether or not the Leafs sign him.
