In late February, Boston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark made NHL history by scoring a goal, the first Bruins net minder to do so since early 2020.
And now, another impressive goalie goal has been added to the list. Pyotr Kochetkov, a promising young Russian goalie with his sights set on a long NHL career, accomplished the rare feat at the Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg against the Manitoba Moose.
He has already showcased his skills at the NHL level with the Carolina Hurricanes this season before being sent back to their AHL affiliate, the Chicago Wolves. Check out these tweets about his incredible goal:
