The Boston Bruins' forward David Pastrnak appeared to injure himself after an awkward collision with a referee during the first game against the Florida Panthers.

Last night, the Bruins ended up winning the game by a 5-1 score, but the victory wasn't an easy one. The Panthers played well, and in addition to them, the Bruins had to watch out for referees on the ice as well.
Indeed, the ref Chris Rooney accidentally entered in a violent collision with David Pastrnak.
The Bruins' star was skating by the boards as he was trying to get to the puck, but Rooney got in his way, sending him to the floor.
Watch how it went down here:
After the incident, Pastrnak returned to the bench and stayed in the game. However, he looked like he was hurting after the collision. Between plays, Rooney skated over to him at the bench to check up on him:
"Rooney skated right up to Pasta on bench during next stoppage to check on him"
Pasta ended up getting an assist on the Bruins' first goal of the night, scored by Morgan Geekie:
This was Pastrnak's 85th point in 85 playoff games, a truly impressive mark:
The second game is set to go down on Wednesday, as the Panthers will try to win in front of their fans before going to Boston for the next two games.
Stay tuned.
