Sean Higgins, the drunk driver who killed Johnny Gaudreau and his brother last night is officially facing charges.

The hockey community woke up this morning to the terrible news of Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Gaudreau's passing.
The Columbus Blue Jackets forward and his brother were killed in a car accident. According to the police report, they were cycling on the road and were hit from behind by a driver.
We have an update to report, as Sean Higgins, 43, was arrested and charged with driving under influence and death by auto. His picture was also released to the public:
The Gaudreau brothers were both in New Jersey, preparing for their sister Katie's wedding, set to happen on Friday in Philadelphia. They were supposed to be groomsmen, making this tragedy an even bigger one for the family.
Many tributes emerged on social media since their passing. You can read the Columbus Blue Jackets' touching statement here:
"Johnny played the game with great joy which was felt by everyone that saw him on the ice. He brought a genuine love for hockey with him everywhere he played from Boston College to the Calgary Flames to Team USA to the Blue Jackets. He thrilled fans in a way only Johnny Hockey could. The impact he had on our organization and our sport was profound, but pales in comparison to the indelible impression he made on everyone who knew him. Johnny embraced our community when he arrived two years ago, and Columbus welcomed him with open arms. We will miss him terribly and do everything that we can to support his family and each other through this tragedy."
Our thoughts go to the Gaudreau family as they navigate through those difficult times.
