The Red Wings announced on X today that after their solid start to the season, they have inked veteran Michael Hutchinson to a one-year, two-way deal for the remainder of this season.
The 33-year old has appeared in 153 NHL games over the course of his career, with 16 of those coming a season ago in Columbus, and after a solid start to the AHL season this year, this is a great move for Detroit to ensure their depth going forward.
