Tonight the Edmonton Oilers are expected to change up their lineup due to several injuries and forward Evander Kane is expected to miss the game.

The Edmonton Oilers have had several players fighting through injuries during the Stanley Cup Finals against the Florida Panthers. Earlier in the series Evander Kane was injured and has been playing through it. Both Evander Kane and Darnell Nurse were absent for the majority of the Oilers last practice.

Darnell Nurse not on the ice.
After playing through the injury for several games it seems as though the Edmonton Oilers will be scratching Evander Kane allowing him to heal. They also could look to now dress an extra defenseman to protect the rumored injury to Darnell Nurse.
Ceci off ice very quickly which seems tip off he is playing. Could go 11-7 with Nurse inj situation and Carrick stayed on late which could mean he is scratch. Likely Kane out and Perry in
The change allows longtime NHL veteran Corey Perry to come into the lineup. He will play his first game of the Stanley Cup Finals and bring a physical pest-type mentality that the Oilers have been missing.
Heading into Game 3 the Edmonton Oilers need to do anything they can to secure a victory and avoid going down 3-0. The final lines will not be released until later this evening if the lineup news changes we will pass along the latest information.
