Following the painful game 7 loss by the Edmonton Oilers to the Florida Panthers, a video was made inside the team's dressing room which has now become public.

A social media X account by the name of "What Chaos" has leaked a video all over the internet that shows an inside look at the Edmonton Oilers dressing room following their game 7 loss to the Panthers. Fans have begun to take to social media to express their heartbreak of this situation, while others have continued to mock the team.
In this video, you can hear the silence in the Oilers dressing room, while across the hall, sounds of the Florida Panthers players celebrating can be heard, which further added to the pain that the players were already experiencing. This heartbreaking video has led fans to take to social media to provide their take on it, with some continuing to poke the bear, while others offering their deepest condolences to the team.
The players were so saddened by what had happened that not one of them could barely move in that dressing room. Connor McDavid didn't even go out to accept the Conn Smythe trophy after he had just won it, as Gary Bettman was left there standing alone with the trophy. Connor McDavid did however, re-iterate to everyone how happy he was with the group of guys over the recent season and how happy he was to be a part of such a tightly knitted group.
"Just the resilience of the group. We went through a lot of ups and downs and came that close," Connor McDavid said to NHL.com. "I'm really proud, proud of the way we fought all year. We were behind the 8-ball almost immediately and fought an uphill climb for months and months and months and it [stinks]. It goes back to the character of the group that we showed all year long," McDavid said. "We showed all year long that we could fight back, even in the most dire situations. It's obviously tough to be down three and it's tough to win four in a row against a team like that, but we were right there."

Connor McDavid had quite the year for the Edmonton Oilers, as he played in 76 games for the team and racked up 32 goals and 100 assists.
