Zach Parise has yet to officially sign a contract for this season, however, signs are pointing to his potential return. He was recently seen training for his 19th season in the NHL and had interest from a few teams in his services for this season.

Now, it appears that Parise's choice on where he has signed could have been leaked on social media. A photo making its rounds online shows Parise's name/stick pattern in the lineup with other sticks for players of the New York Islanders.
Parise stick COMEBACK CONFIRMED!
While this is by no means a confirmation, it does raise an eyebrow about Parise's potential return to New York. While it could be any number of players using a Parise pattern on a stick, or just an old Parise stick in the lineup, its nice for Islanders fans to see his name back in the mix.
Islanders in Hot Pursuit for Parise's Services this Season
The Islanders have noted that they would like Parise to return for them at any point this season, as GM Lou Lamoriello has stated that he has his spot in the dressing room should he return.
Parise has been spending the extra time with his family prior to making a decision on returning to the NHL this season.
