Sheldon Keefe has made it a point that he wants more consistent play and this is a sign of it. A few games ago, David Kampf was scratched and it was clearly not the right move as the Leafs lost.
Keefe also decided to start goaltender Martin Jones for the second night in a row instead of rookie goaltender Dennis Hildeby.
