While the top two lines in Toronto have been firing on all cylinders this season, the bottom-six has been inconsistent to say the least, and now Sheldon Keefe has made an interesting move.
After being a solid player in the bottom-six thus far in 2023-24, 25-year old forward Noah Gregor has officially been scratched from tonight's game, and in his place will be former top prospect Nicholas Robertson.
In 24 games this season, Robertson has proven himself to be very effective, tallying 5 goals and 11 points over that time, and while this may be a result of the reported flu going through Maple Leafs camp, it gives Robertson yet another shot to win a permanent role in the NHL.
