The Toronto Maple Leafs have built a very deep forward group, and with his free agency pending this summer, they've now inked a deal with one of those depth players.
After finally cracking the NHL in 2023-24, Bobby McMann has been a solid contributor for Toronto, tallying 10 goals and 8 assists in his first 40 games.
Now, the team have inked him to a new deal worth $1.35 million per year, keeping him around for great depth in their bottom six.
At 27-years of age, McMann may never become a star in the NHL, but with Toronto already having some big time stars in the lineup, he is fantastic depth going forward, and could grow into a solid NHL player.
