Head coach Sheldon Keefe made crucial lineup changes as Joel Edmundson returns with the Toronto Maple Leafs after an injury.

We learned many interesting things from the Leafs' practice this morning:
- Edmundson is set to play tonight against the New Jersey Devils for the first time since he broke a toe on March 24th;
- Ilya Lyubushkin will also be back on the lineup, after missing the last game;
- Conor Timmins, healthy scratched, won't play;
- Jake McCabe will be off for a maintenance day;
- Ilya Samsonov has been chosen to start between the pipes tonight.
"Edmundson and Lyubushkin back in tonight for Leafs, Sheldon Keefe confirms

Timmins and McCabe out

Maintenance for McCabe who has some bumps and bruises"
Even if New Jersey fell out of playoff contention a while ago, the Devils will try to bounce back from Tuesday night's 5-2 loss against the Maple Leafs.
More to come.
