Guess who's gearing up for playoff action once again? It's none other than Mark Stone, captain of the reigning Stanley Cup champions, the Vegas Golden Knights.

After missing extended action towards the end of the regular season, Stone is back on the practice ice with the team, sporting a non-contact jersey.
In case you're wondering what sidelined him, it was an injury he picked up late in the second period of a tough 5-3 loss to the Nashville Predators back in February. Despite the setback, Stone's had a solid season so far, racking up 53 points with 16 goals and 37 assists in 56 games.
The injury isn't connected to the back issue that sidelined him for the last three months of the regular season last year. He made a heroic comeback for the playoffs, playing in every game and tallying 24 points to help Vegas clinch their maiden title. Now, it looks like he's ready to bring that same energy and determination to this year's playoff run.
