In breaking news, Winnipeg Jets' Head Coach Rick Bowness has taken a step away from the team for health-related reasons.

Rick Bowness Steps Away From the Jets For Health Reasons

The Winnipeg Jets announced today that head Coach Rick Bowness has undergone a minor medical procedure, and as a result, will miss tonight's game against the New York Rangers.

The Winnipeg Jets today announced that head coach Rick Bowness will not be on the bench for tonight's game due to a minor medical procedure. As a result, he has returned to Winnipeg for treatment. He will return to the team once his condition improves. Associate coach Scott Arniel is serving as the interim head coach until Rick returns to the team

This is very unfortunate news, and hopefully, he is able to recover from whatever health issue he is facing. We are sending our thoughts to Bowness and his family and wish him the best in his recovery!
