Trade completed between the Nashville Predators and San Jose Sharks
The Nashville Predators and GM Barry Trotz have acquired forward Ozzy Wiesblatt from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for Egor Afanasyev who will be joining GM Mike Grier's squad.
Wiesblatt, who's 22, finished the 2023-24 season with Milwaukee Admirals from the San Jose Barracuda, the Sharks' AHL team.

He racked up six points (1 goal and 5 assists) in 16 regular-season games and was a key player during Milwaukee's run to the Western Conference Final, adding nine points (2 goals and 7 assists) in 15 playoff games.
