Jamieson Rees traded to Senators
It's not very often you see a trade happen post trade deadline involving a forward with NHL potential but today the inevitable happened. The Carolina Hurricanes traded forward Jamieson Rees to the Senators for an underwhelming 6th round draft pick.
Rees, has yet to make an impact at the NHL level but all is possible in his new destination in Ottawa. It seems like the Hurricanes may have sold low on the once promised young forward.
