After beating the Boston Bruins in Game 6 Matthew Tkachuk spoke to the media during his time with the media he ripped the city of Boston for their treatment.

The Florida Panthers once again eliminated the Boston Bruins for a second season in a row. After the game, their star forward Matthew Tkachuk spoke about the opportunity to play the New York Rangers in the Eastern Conference Finals. He also took a shot at the city of Boston for their treatment of his team.
It's playoff hockey in New York. It's a dream... Conference final at MSG? That's just so cool. We're excited to start that on Wednesday. Hopefully, the hotel doesn't pull the fire alarm on us.

This was a callback to earlier in the day when the fire alarm went off right during prime pre-game nap time for the Florida Panthers.
A little gamesmanship ahead of Game 6?
Many fans and others online believed that this was done on purpose by someone who was a Boston Bruins fan looking to give their team an advantage. Despite the adversity, the Florida Panthers pulled out the win and their social media team took a dig at the Boston Bruins themselves.
Our rats are better.
Now the Florida Panthers will head to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second season in a row. This time they will take on the President's Trophy winning New York Rangers for an opportunity to be in the Stanley Cup Finals.
