A top NHL goalie prospect who is ready to play in the NHL has demanded he be traded due to a lack of playing time. Yaroslav Askarov of the Predators isn't happy.

From the moment the Predators announced they had just signed their #1 goalie Juuse Saros to an eight-year, $62 million contract, fans knew that Askarov's time was up in Nashville.
Askarov is 22 years-old and ready to shine for an NHL club, however he knows that will no longer be possible in Nashville as the Preds have committed themselves to Saros. Askarov has only played three games in his NHL career, and is frustrated with this lack of playing time, and now wants out.
Yaroslav Askarov's agent Dan Milstein recently spoke to a Russian news outlet about his future 👇

«Askarov has the potential & should become an elite goaltender in the NHL. Recently we have been working together with the club under different scenarios. Yaroslav has proven himself that he's an NHL player»
Reports coming out of SOV Sport in Russia state that Dan Milstein, Askarov's agent, has been working with the team to facilitate a trade, and that discussions have been ongoing.

Things are slowly progressing towards a trade, as things are still getting worked out, but one thing's for sure, Milstein wants what's best for his clients, and for Askarov, that isn't Nashville.
