In breaking news, a third player from the Team Canada 2018 World Juniors team has just taken a leave of absence, sparking conversation around the investigation.

Third Member of World Junior Team Given Leave of Absense

It was announced earlier today that the 5 players being investigated from he 2018 Team Canada world junior teams would be required to show up to the London Police station to turn themselves in and face charges.
Now, a third member of the 2018 team has taken a leave of absence from his team. This time, it is Alex Formenton, who plays for HC Ambrì Piotta in the Swiss League, and is a former Ottawa Senator.
Per his Swiss League team, Alex Formenton is granted leave and returning to Canada
Formenton was not only granted the leave, but according to Elliotte Friedman, is returning to Canada in the middle of the season.
