A legendary scout for the Toronto Maple Leafs has decided to pack his bags and head south of the border, signing with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Kyle Dubas has poached another one. Dubas, the former GM of the Leafs, has decided to snatch one of Toronto's better scouts and bring him on board with Pittsburgh. Chris Roque is the man of the hour, and will now call the Penguins his new team.
Dubas and Roque go way back to their time in the OHL. Roque was a scout with the Soo Greyhounds back when Dubas was also working for the team. They then crossed paths again in Toronto with the Leafs, and now they will be once again together on the Penguins.

Kyle Dubas knows good talent, and that's exactly why he snatched Roque up to work with him for a third time. Roque has had heavy experience with players in the OHL that then transitioned with him to the NHL, so he is very familiar with today's current players, as well as having a wealth of experience with junior players. He's definitely the right man for the job as the Penguins new scout.
