Over the last couple of days Ryan Reaves came out in the media and publicly admitted he has been healthy for weeks.

These comments from Reaves sent shockwaves through the NHL and began rumors of salary cap manipulation by the Maple Leafs. While the Maple Leafs could keep him as a scratch leaving a healthy player on injured reserve is against the rules.
With the speculation mounting the Maple Leafs bent to Reaves' demands to be activated.
While it remains to be seen if Reaves is back in the lineup this week this does bring up questions for the Maple Leafs.
