Panthers' coach Paul Maurice confirmed that players Brandon Montour, Sam Bennett, and Aaron Ekblad won't be playing in this crucial game due to their injuries.
As Maple Leafs prepare for Florida's home opener and Eastern Conference banner-raising tonight, reminder that Panthers won't dress injured Sam Bennett, Aaron Ekblad, or Brandon Montour.

"There's three drivers out of our lineup, but we can compete," Paul Maurice tells reporters.
The Leafs, having had a great start in their first two games, now have a chance to showcase their offensive prowess. However, following their unexpected defeat to the Chicago Blackhawks, they must not let their guard down.

Revenge Will Have to Wait

Last playoffs, Bennett found himself at the receiving end of criticism from the Leafs' fanbase due to his aggressive actions against rookie Matthew Knies. With the inclusion of Ryan Reaves to the Leafs' roster, many saw this as an opportunity for a comeback.
Sadly, that clash will have to be postponed.
Nonetheless, it's still a division clash. Both teams will put forth their best effort irrespective of the lineup, making this a thrilling game to watch.
