According to Frank Seravalli on the Daily Faceoff Rundown, there's a slim chance - like 5% or less - that Mitch Marner will stick around with the Toronto Maple Leafs next season.

While everyone's throwing around that eye-popping $10.9 million figure, Marner's actual salary for next season is only $775K. A Selke finalist, 95-point winger in his prime, for the cost of what some fringe 4th liner would make.
After July 1st Mitch Marner is owed only 775K in salary for next season.
The 10.9 is being quoted everywhere, while this very important actual $ # is ignored. There are so many budget-conscious teams that would love to have 95 point winger in his prime who was a Selke finalist last year. at the financial cost of what a fringe 4th liner would make. There are no other players avilable with that # remaining.
There's no one else on the market with that kind of talent at that salary. So, for budget-conscious teams, Marner's looking like a golden opportunity.
With all that in mind, it's sounding like there's a 95% chance Marner will be donning a new jersey come next season. Looks like it's time to start speculating on which team will snag him. Exciting times ahead!
