John Tavares knows he has a big salary to live up to, which is exactly why he recently took up a new fitness routine, Kala red light therapy.
A social media promotional video recently made its rounds online, showcasing
John Tavares engaging in a Kala therapy session, in an attempt to show Leafs' fans he is fully committed to fitness and wants to be ready for the upcoming season.
Several pictures have surfaced online showing Tavares working out with other professionals, and fans are hopeful this new workout regime will help his overall game.

Leafs fans in the area heard that Tavares was at their local therapy spot, and excitement spread of a possible meet and greet.
Many fans are likely wondering what Kala red light therapy is. It is a type of fitness routine that helps heal the body through reduced joint pain, enhanced weight loss, better overall physical performance, improved sleep and faster muscle recovery. Tavares needs to do everything he can to make his $11 million yearly salary worth it. He wants to be in the best shape of his life to avoid criticism like he's faced in the past.
