The Toronto Maple Leafs have been rumoured to be shopping Mitch Marner, and his list of preferred teams may have just been revealed.

Marner once again disappointed in the Stanley Cup playoffs this season, which almost immediately caused the star forward to be enveloped in trade rumours, as he is the most expendable of the «core four» the Leafs have assembled.
Although it has been reported the Brad Treliving has not asked Marner to waive his NMC, a member of Leafs nation claims that the Leafs front office asked Marner for a list of teams he'd be willing to go to should the Leafs decide to trade him.
This is not an official NHL insider, so this report should be taken with a grain of salt, but it is intriguing nonetheless to see so many teams on Marner's list.
The list of 9 teams is still unknown, but it has been reported that the Dallas Stars, Nashville Predators, and Vegas Golden Knights among other teams, would be interred in Marner's services should he be made available.
Marner has made it clear that he wants to be a member of the Maple Leafs for the foreseeable future, and as the Toronto media remains relatively quiet regarding his availability on the market, fans are left in the dark about what is truly transpiring in Leaf land.
