Toronto Maple Leafs make a trade with the Florida Panthers
The Toronto Maple Leafs completed a trade with the Florida Panthers on the second day of the 2024 NHL Draft.
In breaking news, general manager Brad Treliving agreed on the terms of a trade with the Florida Panthers involving draft picks.
Toronto sent the 58th overall pick to the Panthers for a 2025 2nd round pick and today's 225th pick.
Per Chris Johnston:
"The #leafs trade pick No. 58 to #FlaPanthers for a 2025 second-round pick and No. 225 today."
With the 58th overall pick, the Panthers drafted the center Linus Eriksson.
