The Toronto Maple Leafs are reportedly eyeing this former Leafs defenseman as their next target ahead of the trade deadline in a few days.

Leafs Eyeing Bogosian In Trade Talks Ahead of Deadline

The Toronto Maple Leafs are still in need of defensive help, as they continue to search for reinforcements on the blueline ahead of the trade deadline. With their recent acquisition of Ily Lyubushkin at such a discount, they still have room to add another defenseman at the deadline.
Now, there is speculation that they are looking at another former Leaf in Zach Bogosian.
Maple Leafs are reportedly linked to Zach Bogosian of the Wild as the NHL trade deadline approaches.
Bogosian is set to be a free agent after this season, so the Leafs will have to contend with the fact that he might be a rental, and decide if that is the risk they are wanting to take.

Leafs Looking to Make Moves at the Deadline In Order to Remain Competitive

Right now, the Leafs are looking like they are hitting their stride at the right point in the season. Despite a loss last night to the Bruins, the Leafs are still one of the teams that have good odds to go deep into the playoffs and clearly should be buyers at the deadline.
We will see what Brad Treliving can do at the deadline to increase those odds, and it may just be bringing back some former Leafs on the blue line.
