Breaking: Vegas Break Long Time Tradition with Stanley Cup
The Vegas Golden Knights, who are known for doing things differently, have once again gone against tradition in an unexpected way.
Today, the team made an announcement that has caused a bit of a stir in the hockey world. Instead of waiting for the players to have their turn with the Stanley Cup before engraving it, the Golden Knights have decided to get a head start and engrave it early.
This is the first time any NHL team does that. Now, the players will have the privilege of seeing their names on the Cup when they have their own days with it.
