BREAKING: Chicago Blackhawks Provide Major Update On Connor Bedard Injury

For those who were not aware Connor Bedard left tonight's game against the New Jersey Devils after a big hit from Devils defenseman Brendan Smith.

Bedard immediately went to the locker room holding his face. He was thoroughly evaluated by the Blackhawks medical staff after leaving the game. After evaluation, the Blackhawks announced that Bedard would not return to the game.

As of now, there is no indication of what the exact injury that is keeping Bedard out is. As more information about his injury and recovery time are announced we will pass that along to you. For now, the Blackhawks will have to find a way to survive without Connor Bedard in the lineup.
