There's been a huge amount of tension between the Edmonton Oilers and the Florida Panthers already, but in a surprising turn of events, Evander Kane's former wife, Anna Kane, has just made things much more complicated and personal.
Evander and Anna Kane's relationship was not a stable one. They both went through a very messy breakup and subsequent divorce, during which Anna Kane levelled some very serious allegations against Evander Kane regarding his gambling debts and the way he treated her during their relationship.
Anna Kane didn't delve into sports betting in her filing for a domestic for a violence restraining order application filed in San Jose on Tuesday.

Evander Kane was eventually cleared of the allegations in court, and their divorce proceeded without any other major bumps.
Most would think this would be the end of the insane drama between the two but no, Anna Kane is still very active on social media, and mostly uses her platforms as a way to slander and badmouth Evander Kane, despite Evander having filed a restraining order against Anna.
Due to this restraining order, Anna has been forced to get a little more creative in how she torments Evander, and her most recent stint is quite possibly one of her craziest. It was recently revealed through a screenshot on her story that she personally DMed Matthew Tkachuk of the Florida Panthers and said this:

What Anna is doing is blatantly obvious by design, trying to illicit strong emotional reactions from Evander during a time where he's most likely already crushed by the stress of playoff hockey. But in my opinion, blatantly flirting with the opponent of your ex-husband and posting it on social media for all to see is crossing a line and is completely crazy and unfair, despite whatever feelings she may harbour torwards Evander.
