This afternoon the Buffalo Sabres matched up against the Vancouver Canucks. The game has been catastrophic to the Sabres defense as they have lost three defensemen in the game already.

Sabres Lose Three Defensemen To Injury

The Buffalo Sabres faced an odd scenario this afternoon after three of their defensemen were forced to leave the game at the same time. The most significant absence came after superstar Rasmus Dahlin was crushed into the boards.
On top of losing Dahlin, Mattias Samuelsson and Erik Johnson both exited the game. This forced forward Zemgus Girgensons to swap back on defense for a few shifts.

Rasmus Dahlin, Mattias Samuelsson, and Erik Johnson are all in the locker room.
Rasmus Dahlin has since been evaluated and returned to the game. Girgensons is back at his normal spot playing center however the eventual injury concerns for the Sabres still remain.
