Since hanging up the pads, Henrik Lundqvisk has turned to a career in broadcasting, which suits him quite well. The fan favorite goalie has been quite the treat to watch throughout the playoffs, providing excellent commentary on every game he covers.
Lundqvist and Fast Share a Moment on Live Television
Following Jesper Fasts' overtime goal which sent Carolina to the Eastern Conference Finals, the OT here joined NHL on TNT for a post-game interview.
Lundqvist asked Fast if he was turning into some sort of sniper, to which Fast responded:

Following the conclusion of the interview, Lundqvist would go on to discuss what kind of teammate Fast was during their time in New York together, and how happy he is for the player now.
"Everybody loved him. He's such a good teammate. He works so hard, he was voted by his teammates, I don't know how many years, but at least five, as the most popular teammate. In terms of his mindset, showing up every day, how hard he worked, no ego whatsoever. So when guys like that have success, you're just so happy for them.
