Earlier this year, veteran Corey Perry was terminated by the Chicago Blackhawks because he «engaged in conduct that is unacceptable, and in violation of both the terms of his standard player's contract and the Blackhawks' internal policies intended to promote professional and safe work environments.»
Many believed that would be the end of his season after no team would immediately pick him up due to potential sanctions, but now a meeting with Gary Bettman has revealed his future.
