Edmonton Oilers looking to add two talented young names from the Nashville Predators

Recently, the Edmonton Oilers had to go through not one, but two offer sheets, which they chose not to match, watching Philip Broberg and Dylan Holloway both join the St. Louis Blues. Now, they have reportedly found their replacements, with both Philip Tomasino and Dante Fabbro identified as targets for new General Manager Stan Bowman.

That report comes from social media reporter The Mug, who identifies both players, revealing that not only are they looking to trade for both, but that discussions have potentially already begun.

Tomasino currently remains a restricted free agent, while Fabbro is in the final year of a deal that pays him $2.5M per season, so if the Oilers need some youth, both players would be fantastic additions. The team landed an extra second and third round pick in the offer sheet dealings with St. Louis, giving them ammo to make a move, so whether they land either of these names or look to the trade deadline to make a bigger splash, Bowman is clearly being aggressive as they chase the Stanley Cup.
