Controversial Edmonton Oilers Player Evander Kane Shares his Bold Take on the Rielly/Greig Incident in Recent Interview

Kane mentionned that he thinks the slap-shot and the Leafs' response were appropriate, even entertaining.
Check out his full statement here:
The Slapshot [smirks]. You know I don't have any issues with it, I think it's great. But at the same time, as alot of people would say; the Reilly response was appropriate. I am sure he wasn't trying to cross-check the guy in the head. You know sometimes alot of these cross-checks ride up the shoulder, and end up hitting guys in the head, you know, l've had that happen to me (before in the past).'

'You know, I think, it's entertaining. I think it's good for the game. You know, if I'm Toronto I don't Love it, and I am probably going to respond the same way. Either way, it's entertaining!

Kane's input may not reflect everyone's opinion on the incident, but it's not surprising to see that a player renowned for shaking things up likes that kind of play.
Do you agree with Kane?
