Two former Vancouver Canucks teammates decided to drop the gloves in a pre-planned fight. The fight that would ensue would cause controversy among those who watched and reacted to it.
Before the game between the Ottawa Senators and Florida Panthers began two former teammates met at center ice for a conversation. Jonah Gadjovich of the Florida Panthers and Zack MacEwen of the Ottawa Senators must've cooked up a plan to fight one another. Just minutes into the game the two came together and dropped the gloves in a wild fight.
The fight was enjoyed by all but came with some controversy. A journalist who covers the Ottawa Senators believes that Panthers forward Jonah Gadjovich started in on Zack MacEwen too early.
For a scrap they obviously had planned before the game, I thought Gadjovich could have done a better job to let MacEwen get set. He came in swinging. #GoSensGo
Regardless the two former teammates would have a good fight and go their own respective ways. Currently, the Florida Panthers hold a 2-0 lead on the Ottawa Senators.
