Trouba Flattens Hathaway While Being Distracted By Deslauriers
A wild play happened during today's New York Rangers game that saw Jacob Trouba lay a massive hit on Philadelphia Flyer Garnet Hathaway.
During the play, Trouba was being bombarded by Nicolas Deslauriers as he tried to goad him into a fight. As they made their way up the ice, Trouba side stepped Deslauriers to lay a massive hit on Garnet Hathaway.
The hit shows just how strong Truba is, as he had almost no speed coming into the hit and managed to send Hathaway straight to the ice.

The physical play came off the back of Trouba throwing his body against two flyers in the corner. You can see Deslauriers upset by the original hit, to which Trouba just ignores.
