Breaking: Controversial Referee Gets Promoted by the NHL
Last season, Michael Bunting was involved in an altercation with a referee.
After a scrum, he was kicked out of the game, and an official simply shoved him out of the ice.

NHL Promotes Linesman Kelly After Incident with Bunting
The NHL has recently promoted Dan Kelly, the referee that pushed Bunting, to full-time status.
"Congrats to NHL linesman Dan Kelly - one of three NHL officials promoted to full-time status for the upcoming season"
"The guy who played against Michael Bunting in the AHL and pushed him down the tunnel as a linesman last season."
Hopefully, with his new full-time role, he'll get better at his job...
