The Toronto Maple Leafs made some interesting moves this summer in their first year with GM Brad Treliving, and now, it's becoming clear that one of those moves was a disaster.
The Toronto Maple Leafs may have activated veteran forward Ryan Reaves this past week, but according to a report from Luke Fox of Sportsnet, his time in Toronto is coming to an end.
In 21 games this year, Reaves recorded just one point, and when he was healthy scratched, he made some interesting comments about the team, believing he should still be in the lineup.
All throughout the year however, Reaves failed to live up to the enforcer role that he has found himself in over his career, and without goals or a significant physical presence, it's safe to say that this move has been a long-time coming for the Maple Leafs.
