The Toronto Maple Leafs are looking forward to another hugely successful season under the guidance of Craig Berube and new captain Auston Matthews, and their fans may be in for a few surprises. Mysteriously, the Maple Leafs are now seemingly teasing something, and it has fans on social media buzzing over what it could possibly be.

Outside the arena, the Maple Leafs have gotten rid of the 'O' in everything on their arena, as well as in their profile picture on social media, and it's equally as confusing as it is exciting for the fans. Given the expectations of the season, fans were already counting down the days until the season began, but now, there's an added layer of excitement for what could be one of the biggest seasons in franchise history.

With the home opener set for October 12th against the Pittsburgh Penguins, this could mean absolutely anything, but it's likely that it will all be revealed before that first game of the season as the team look to get their fans behind them once more.
