The NHL Draft, for many years, has been a mix of luck and the skill and dedication of scouts to find impactful future NHL players. The 2023 NHL Draft could be one to look back on incredibly fondly for the Toronto Maple Leafs as it looks like they could've gotten an absolute steal in the 6th round by selecting Noah Chadwick.
