Ryan Reaves has been a major force as of late for the Maple Leafs, and with the playoffs upon us, he needs to remain in the lineup against the Bruins.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have one of the deepest and most talented forward groups in the entire NHL, and with the playoffs and their first-round series against the Boston Bruins, they have a big decision to make. The biggest of all is what to do with Ryan Reaves, who has been playing well as of late, and with the playoffs notorious for favouring physicality, he needs to be in their lineup.
Given how easily the Bruins can get under the skin of opposing teams with the likes of Brad Marchand and Charlie McAvoy leading the way, any opponents will need to be prepared for that.
As shown lately, Reaves still has a major mean streak about him, and when he's aggressive but controlled, he's still the biggest game changer in the NHL, so with Nick Cousins and Matt Rempe among others awaiting if they get past Boston, he's a key to this team going forward.
