Noah Hanifin isn't just passing through Vegas—he's here to stay! There has been an extension in the works since he was dealt from the Calgary Flames at the trade deadline. The rumors were flying about him sticking with the Golden Knights, and now it's official.

The team just announced on social media that Hanifin signed up for eight more years of action.
NHL Insider Pierre LeBrun reported Hanifin's cashing in at $7.35 million per year! But it's not just about the money; he's got his eyes set on that elusive Stanley Cup.
Since he landed in Vegas, Hanifin's been has 9 points in just 16 games. That brings his season total to 44!
With numbers like that, it's no wonder they're locking him in for the long haul.
