For the last year or so, Connor Bedard has been the new sensation in hockey and his name has been plastered all over the web. He's having a historic season and he seems to get better each day. It's unanimous, he will be selected #1 at the next draft and whichever team ends up with him will have a future franchise player.

Bedard is having one of the best draft year seasons in the history of the CHL. He reached Connor McDavid and Sidney Crosby, but his scoring prowess puts him above the others. As he showed the whole planet at the last World Junior Championship.

He's averaging over 1.2 goals per game in the WHL. At the beginning of the season, no one could have predicted he'd reach this milestone. With all the games still remaining in the season, it's almost a sure thing that Bedard will reach the 150 point marker. He already has compiled 70 goals and 71 assists.
If your team doesn't get Bedard, just hope that he's not going to be playing in your division.
