The Florida Panthers had an important matchup today in a rematch of the Stanley Cup Finals against the Vegas Golden Knights. With the game locked at zero Panthers enforcer
Ryan Lomberg was looking to get his team going. He picked a fight with Vegas power forward and tough guy
Keegan Kolesar to do so.
Lomberg and Kolesar squared one another up. Lomberg threw the first punch, which would turn out to be all he needed.

Kolesar fell to the ice and was done this gave a big jolt of momentum to the Panthers for the rest of the game.
Enforcer Sets The Tone For Panthers To Get Revenge On Golden Knights
The game was locked in a 0-0 tie when the fight happened. The Golden Knights would jump out to a lead. The Panthers then roared back with 2 goals of their own to take the lead back. Vegas once again answered and the game entered the final period tied at 2.
In the third period, the Panthers once again took control with a quick barrage of goal-scoring. They added two goals in just over two minutes to take a 4-2 lead. That is where things stand now with just over 3 minutes left in the third period.
It seems as though the Panthers will get their revenge in large part to Ryan Lomberg who got off to a winning start before the Panthers even put up a goal.
