Iconic TSN broadcaster Darren Dutchyshen passes away at 57
Today sad news has been released online confirming the passing of TSN Sportscentre anchor Darren Dutchyshen at the age of 57.
The sports world is in a state of mourning after the shocking announcement that Darren Dutchyshen has passed away at the age of 57 after a battle with prostate cancer.
TSN is mourning the loss of our friend and beloved SportsCentre host Darren Dutchyshen.

In September of 2022, Darren Dutchyshen revealed he was battling prostate cancer. He had beaten it enough to come back to work but revealed the disease continued to loom Despite that he was back at work and no one knew that he was still battling for his life.

Despite battling such a terrible disease Darren Dutchyshen brought joy and smiles to millions across Canada with his commentary on sports. He will be missed by all who loved sports around the world.
