Oshawa Generals Legend and Wife Tragically Pass Away at 42 in Horrific Crime
It's with heavy hearts that we mourn the tragic passing of Patrick Montgomery, a beloved member of the Oshawa Generals community, at the age of 42. The devastating incident also claimed the life of Andrieana Montgomery.
Patrick Montgomery and Andrieana Montgomery, both 42, have been identified as the victims in Saturday's double shooting and a neighbour has been charged with murder.
The events unfolded on Saturday when a 30-year-old man allegedly shot Patrick and Andrieana. Police responded to the scene at 12:35 p.m., but Andrieana had already passed away in their home.
I go to the school that Mr. Patrick Montgomery worked at, and he was a wonderful man and an amazing teacher. Please pray for the souls of Mr. and Mrs. Montgomery.
Patrick was rushed to the hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries in the ambulance. Authorities have stated that the shooter was acquainted with both victims.
